It’s important to make sure your automatic weekly payments are going through. If you are set up for weekly automatic payments, sometimes PayPal cannot process your payment for one reason or another. Unfortunately, they do not tell us why a payment fails.
If this happens, log into your account dashboard on our website to make your payment. Click on “ORDERS” on your the left side of your account dashboard, then click on the “PAY” button for the failed or pulled payment. (If you haven’t created a password for your account yet, use the “forgot my password” option to help prevent you from getting locked out.)
If your payment isn’t made within 24 hours of its weekly renewal, you will be removed from the Facebook group until your payment is made.
If you’ve been removed from the group because it’s been more than 24 hours since your failed payment, once you’ve made your payment and requested to rejoin the private Facebook group + answered the membership questions, send us an email at [email protected] with the subject FAILED PAYMENT. In the email, include:
- Name on your account,
- Email Associated With Your E2M Website Account
- Facebook name + Facebook link
We can’t add you to the group until you follow these steps.
